Lift
There is no lift available, only beautiful monumental stairs.
Luggage storage
Luggage can be stored at the reception of our shop free of charge, but only until 6PM on the same day, as that will be our closing time. Another option is to store your luggage in one of the lockers at Rotterdam Central Station, which is only 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes with public transport from the hotel.
Check-in
Arrival and Departure time
Your room is available at 2PM. If you’re lucky you might even be able to check-in early and otherwise you can store your luggage at the reception of our shop. Departure should be before 11AM in the morning or you can snooze in and book a late check-out at 1PM for €25
Deposits
At check-in we ask a deposit of €100 for any extras during your stay. When not used, this will be refunded after your departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. From 8AM you are welcome in our café, where we serve a small a la carte breakfast menu and you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.
The official check-out time is before 11AM. Want to enjoy a lazy morning? Late check-out until 13:00 is available at a surcharge of €25. Please notify us in time.
Late check-out
Children & babies
In some of our rooms we can provide baby cots or extra beds for your little ones. These are subject to availability, so please always contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make a reservation.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a baby cot.
All children under 12 years are charged €15 per night sharing existing beds. We are not able to place extra beds in the rooms.
Parking
Unfortunately we don’t have our own parking, but plenty of public parking spaces are available in the surrounding area at €4,20 / hour. Another option is to park in the nearest parking garage APCOA Parking. You can buy parking tickets at the counter of our café, at a reduced rate of €22,50 per day.
Tourist tax
The rates are including service costs, but excluding tourist tax of 6,5%
Pre-authorization
After the cancellation deadline the total amount of your reservation will be pre-authorized on the provided credit card.
